Cloudy Morning in Delhi, Rain Likely on Sunday Afternoon

New Delhi:  Delhiites woke up to a pleasant morning on Sunday with the minimum temperature settling at 26 degrees Celsius even as the weatherman has predicted possibility of rain in later part of the day.

“The minimum temperature was recorded at 26 degrees Celsius, one notch below the normal at 8.30 AM. The humidity was 81 per cent,” a MeT official said.

“Rain or thundershowers could occur in many parts of the city afternoon onwards,” he added.

The mercury is likely to settle at 36 degrees Celsius.

On Saturday, the maximum temperature was registered at 33.7 degree Celsius while the minimum was recorded at 28 degrees Celsius.
